Faisal Vali, MD - Radiation Oncologist

Dr. Vali is a Board Certified Radiation Oncologist who joined the radiation oncology practice and South Suburban Cancer Center in 2010. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biophysics at John Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and earned his medical degree as well as his Masters Degree in Computer Sciences at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS.

Dr. Vali went on to complete his Residency in Radiation Oncology at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL where he also served as Chief Resident. He is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) and the American College of Radiology (ACR). He has also been the recipient of numerous awards for his work in radiation oncology and has contributed to numerous scientific publications and research projects in the field of oncology.

His special expertise and interests include breast, lung, head & neck, pediatric and central nervous system cancers, CyberKnife Radiotherapy & Clinical Informatics.
